A number of thematic partnerships have been identified within the Urban Agenda for the EU, each of them with action plans aimed at improving the legislation, establishing the funding instruments and knowledge sharing through various actions, so as to contribute to the achievement of the EU long- term goals of sustainable growth and social, economic and territorial cohesion.
