Common use of Beverage Sponsors Clause in Contracts

Beverage Sponsors. The ADP reserves the right to designate an official non- alcoholic beverage distributor and an official alcoholic beverage distributor for the Event. Coca-Cola is the official beverage sponsor for HUBFEST 2018. All such beverage products must be purchased through the official sponsor. Approved HUBFEST 2018 Food Vendors will receive information regarding order process for beverages. A price list and order form will be provided by the respective official sponsors prior to the Event. ONLY ITEMS LISTED ON THE RESPECTIVE ORDER FORMS ARE ALLOWED TO BE SOLD AT THE EVENT.
