Common use of Beverages/Environmental Awareness Clause in Contracts

Beverages/Environmental Awareness. The Employer shall provide coffee, tea, ice water and other soft beverages and use its best efforts to make them accessible to all on-set Employees. The Employer also shall use its best efforts to supply suitable beverages to off-set Employees working in isolated areas. Further, the Employer shall use its best efforts to supply environmentally compatible containers for all such beverages.
