Common use of Bezpečnostní incident Clause in Contracts

Bezpečnostní incident. (a) Institution will notify Pfizer, in the manner specified in the Agreement, within twenty-four (24) hours of discovery of a Security Incident related to Personal Data maintained by Institution under the Agreement. (a) Zdravotnické zařízení bude společnost Pfizer do dvaceti čtyř (24) hodin od zjištění bezpečnostního incidentu souvisejícího s osobními údaji uchovávanými zdravotnickým zařízením podle této smlouvy informovat způsobem uvedeným ve smlouvě.
