Bid Fees. In consideration of the Administrative Agent's management of bidding procedures for Competitive Bid Loans, the Borrower shall pay to the Administrative Agent for the Administrative Agent's own account on the date of each LIBOR Auction, CD Rate Auction, Base Rate Auction and Absolute Rate Auction, bid agency fees in the amount of $150 for each Competitive Bid Loan Quote submitted by each Lender, but in no event less than $450 per auction.
