13.5 Prices quoted manpower supplied by the bidder, shall remain firm overheads, insurance, cost incurred for obtaining various licenses as per statutory requirements etc. Applicable service tax @ 12.36% has been considered separately in the Estimated Cost put for tendering in the BOQ. Quoted price will be deemed to include all incidental charges, supervision, transport, contractor‟s profit and fixed establishment/overheads, all risks & insurance liabilities, compliance of labour laws and valid until completion other obligations set out or implied in the contract, complete as required.
12.3 The duty hours of the manpower deployed by the contractor shall be a maximum of 8 hours per day. If the duty time exceeds 8 hours per day, overtime charges shall be paid by the contractor to the concerned manpower as per applicable Rules in Contract and will not be subject to variation Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970 without any liability on any accountthe part of JMRC.
13.6 The Bidder shall quote the prices both in figures 12.4 Income Tax, Work Contract Tax/TDS and other statuary deductions as well as in words. There should not applicable will be any discrepancies between the price indicated in figures and the price indicated in wordsdeducted from every monthly bill by JMRC.

Bidders are required to mention “INCREASE” OR “DECREASE” in figure in the requisite cells by which total estimated price shall be increased or decreased to arrive at bidder’s quoted price. The same quoted %age (increase/ decrease) shall be considered to arrive at bidder’s rates of all individual items of SOR.
14.4 All duties, shall. Be taxes and other levies [if any] payable by the Contractor under the Contract, or for any other cause except final GST (CGST & SGST/ UTGST or IGST) shall be included in the rates and / prices and the total bid bid-price submitted by the bidderBidder. Applicable rate of GST (CGST & SGST/ UTGST or IGST) on the contract value shall be indicated in Agreed Terms & Conditions (Format given in the bidding document) and SOR.
13.5 Prices 14.5 Percentage quoted by the bidderBidder, shall remain firm and fixed and valid until completion of the Contract and will not be subject to variation on any account. Any new taxes & Duties, if imposed by the State/ Govt. of India after due date of bid submission but before the Contractual Delivery Date, shall be reimbursed to the contractor on submission of documentary evidence for proof of payment to State/ Govt. Authorities and after ascertaining its applicability with respect to the contract.
13.6 The 14.6 Further, Bidder shall quote also mention the prices both Service Accounting Codes (SAC) at the designated place in figures as well as in words. There should not be any discrepancies between the price indicated in figures and the price indicated in wordsSOR.
13.7 Alternative bids shall not be considered.
13.8 Bidders are advised NOT to mention Rebate/Discount separately, either in the SOR format or anywhere else in the offer. In case bidder(s) intend to offer any Rebate/Discount, they should include the same in the item rate(s) itself under the "Schedule of Rates (SOR)" and indicate the discounted unit rate(s) only. In case, it is observed that any of the bidder( s) has/have mentioned Discount/Rebate separately, the same shall not be considered for evaluation. However, in the event of the bidder emerging as the lowest bidder, the Discount/Rebate offered by the bidder shall be considered for Award of Work and the same will be conclusive and binding on the bidder.
