Common use of Bid Rate Quote Request Clause in Contracts

Bid Rate Quote Request. When the Borrower wishes to request offers to make Bid Rate Loans under this Section, it shall transmit to the Administrative Agent by telex or facsimile transmission a Bid Rate Quote Request substantially in the form of Exhibit B hereto so as to be received no later than 10:00 A.M. (New York City time) on (x) the fourth Euro-Dollar Business Day prior to the date of Borrowing proposed therein, in the case of a Bid Rate (Indexed) Auction or (y) the Domestic Business Day next preceding the date of Borrowing proposed therein, in the case of a Bid Rate (General) Auction (or, in either case, such other time or date as the Borrower and the Administrative Agent shall have mutually agreed and shall have notified to the Banks not later than the date of the Bid Rate Quote Request for the first Bid Rate (Indexed) Auction or Bid Rate (General) Auction for which such change is to be effective) specifying:
