Bid Sheet Instructions Clause Samples
The Bid Sheet Instructions clause outlines the procedures and requirements for completing and submitting the bid sheet as part of a procurement or tender process. It typically details the format in which bids must be presented, the information that must be included, and any deadlines or submission protocols that bidders must follow. For example, it may specify that all prices should be listed in a certain currency, or that the bid sheet must be signed by an authorized representative. The core function of this clause is to ensure consistency and clarity in bid submissions, reducing the risk of errors or omissions that could disqualify a bid or complicate the evaluation process.
