BIDDER PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS. Interested parties to note that Bidder shall be required to fulfill the following bidder pre-qualification requirement / criteria in order to qualify for the subject work. Bidder will be required to submit relevant supporting documents to demonstrate their qualification during the bid submission stage against Tender document / RFQ and bidders not found meeting the pre-qualification requirements given below will be disqualified from the tender.

  • Due Qualification The Servicer is duly qualified to do business as a foreign corporation, is in good standing and has obtained all necessary licenses and approvals, in all jurisdictions in which the ownership or lease of property or the conduct of its business (including the servicing of the Receivables as required by this Agreement) requires or shall require such qualification;
