Certification Requirements definition

Certification Requirements means those requirements specified or referenced in this Agreement that you must meet in order to use and maintain the Certification Designation and use the Logo in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Certification Requirements means the requirements specified in this Agreement (including without limitation the Xbox Guide) for quality, compatibility, and/or performance of a Software Title, and, to the extent not inconsistent with the foregoing standards, the standards of quality and performance generally accepted in the console game industry.
Certification Requirements means the technical, functional, content, and other policy requirements provided by Microsoft, including, but not limited to the Microsoft Store Policies available at xxxx://xx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/fwlink/p/?LinkID=512933, or other location(s) specified by Microsoft, for Apps In-App Products, and other content offered through the Store or your App.

  • If the Covered Person receives any such service and does not follow the procedures shown in this "Certification Requirements" section, the Noncertification Penalties stated in the "Schedule of Benefits" will be applied.

Certification Requirements means those requirements specified or referenced in this Agreement, the Code of Conduct, and the Candidate Information Brochure for a specific Certification Program that You must meet in order to use and maintain the Certification Designation and use the Logo in accordance with the terms of this Agreement
Certification Requirements means any and all laws, standards, directives, regulations, rules, regimes and other requirements by a legislator or Accreditation Body, according to which DEKRA Certification GmbH assesses, audits and/or certifies.
Certification Requirements means the requirements necessary to ensure proper functioning of the Software Title on Xbox Consoles and Xbox Services, as further described in this Agreement. Certification Requirements include Xbox Requirements, technical certification requirements, and functional test cases. The Certification Requirements will be set forth in the Publisher Guide and enforced during Certification.
Certification Requirements means the certification tests specified by Apple, the Certification Test Materials, and the process specified by Apple for submitting Certification Test Materials. Apple may modify the Certification Requirements at any time by providing updated Certification Requirements on the MFi Portal or otherwise providing notice to Licensee; however, the modified Certification Requirements will not apply retroactively to Licensed Products already certified in accordance with this Use License except where Apple chooses to exercise its rights under Section 1.3 (“Certification”) to require Licensee to recertify a Licensed Product.
