Bidder References Sample Clauses

The Bidder References clause requires bidders to provide information about previous clients or projects as evidence of their experience and reliability. Typically, this involves submitting a list of past contracts, including contact details for references who can verify the bidder’s performance and capabilities. This clause helps the contracting party assess the bidder’s track record and suitability, reducing the risk of awarding the contract to an unqualified or unproven supplier.
