The Bidder Experience clause sets out the minimum qualifications or prior experience that a bidder must demonstrate to be eligible for consideration in a procurement or tender process. Typically, this clause requires bidders to provide evidence of having completed similar projects, worked within a specific industry, or met certain performance benchmarks in the past. By establishing these requirements, the clause ensures that only capable and suitably experienced parties participate, thereby reducing the risk of project failure and promoting successful contract outcomes.
Bidder Experience. In the case where a bid contains a proposal to develop a new project or an existing project please describe the status of all activities necessary to either fully develop and/or implement the project, such as negotiations for partnership agreements, equipment supplier agreements, and EPC agreements, fuel supply agreements, if applicable, permitting, financing etc. Any and all contingencies must be described in detail. If the Bidder cannot demonstrate to the Company’s reasonable satisfaction that the Bidder possesses the requisite expertise and experience in providing or operating the Eligible Resources, proposed by the Bidder, the company, after consulting with the IE, reserves the right to exclude the Bidder from the RFP process.
