BIDDER REGISTRATION. The Auction Agent shall oversee the registration of prospective bidders. Prospective bidders will be allowed to access and complete Bidder Registration Forms on the Website. The Auction Agent shall collect from each prospective bidder any and all relevant contact information, including an e-mail address, as may be required in connection with the registration of such prospective bidder.
