Common use of BIDDER'S OATH Clause in Contracts

BIDDER'S OATH. 1. The Bid shall be properly signed by an authorized representative of the Bidder and shall be verified by the written oath of the authorized representative signing the Bid that all of the matters stated and the information furnished therein are in all respects true. 2. A materially false statement willfully or fraudulently made in connection with the Bid or any of the forms submitted with the Bid may result in the termination of any Contract between the City and the Bidder. As a result, the Bidder may be barred from participating in future City Contracts as well as subject to possible criminal prosecution.
