Bidding and Award of Contract. 12.1 Bid Documents Approvals and Printing: Upon obtaining all necessary approvals of the Construction Documents, the Design Professional shall assist the Owner in obtaining bids and awarding construction contracts. The Owner, will provide reproductions of the drawings and specifications printed for bidding purposes.
