BIDS, QUOTATIONS AND PROPOSALS. All Bids, Quotations and Proposals included in the Contributed Assets shall be transferred to the Sub Group to the extent permitted by law. Parent and Sub shall work together and use their best efforts to preserve such Bids, Quotations and Proposals and facilitate the award of contracts pursuant thereto consistent with applicable laws and regulations. Any contracts awarded pursuant to an outstanding Bid, Quotation or Proposal shall be considered an agreement and treated in the same manner as provided for in the last two sentences of Section 7.3.2 hereof.
