BIFACIAL SERIES Sample Clauses

The BIFACIAL SERIES clause defines the terms and conditions specific to the use, supply, or performance of bifacial solar modules or products within a contract. It typically outlines the technical specifications, performance standards, and measurement methods applicable to bifacial technology, which generates electricity from both sides of the panel. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of the unique requirements and expectations associated with bifacial products, thereby reducing ambiguity and potential disputes related to performance or compliance.
