Limited Power Warranty. Beginning on Warranty Start Date and for the first year following the Warranty Start Date, Jinko warrants that the Degradation Rate of Modules shall not exceed the applicable First Year Degradation Rate; for each year after the first year, the Degradation Rate of Modules shall not exceed the applicable Annual Degradation Rate, as set forth at Table 1.
Limited Power Warranty. Jinko warrants that the Degradation Rate shall not exceed the amount for the applicable period following the Warranty Start Date as set forth below (“Limited Power Warranty”):
(A) Poly-crystalline Modules:
(i) 2.5% in the first year; (ii) 0.7% each year thereafter until that date which is twenty-five (25) years following the Warranty Start Date, at which time the Actual Power Output shall be not less than 80.7% of the Nominal Power Output;

(i) 2.5% in the first year; (ii) 0.6% each year thereafter until that date which is twenty-five (25) years following the Warranty Start Date, at which time the Actual Power Output shall be not less than 83.1% of the Nominal Power Output;
Limited Power Warranty. Jinko warrants that the Degradation Rate shall not exceed the following for the periods identified following the Warranty Start Date: (a) for mono- crystalline Modules: (i) 3.0% in the first year; (ii) 0.7% each year thereafter until that date which is twenty-five (25) years following the Warranty Start Date, at which time the Actual Power Output shall be not less than 80.2% of the Nominal Power Output; and (b) for poly- crystalline Modules: (i) 2.5% in the first year; (ii) 0.7% each year thereafter until that date which is twenty-five (25) years following the Warranty Start Date, at which time the Actual Power Output shall be not less than 80.7% of the Nominal Power Output (“Limited Power Warranty”).
Limited Power Warranty. Jinko warrants that the Degradation Rate shall not exceed the amount for the applicable period following the Warranty Start Date as set forth below (“Limited Power Warranty”): For Modules, only applicable to the following mono-crystalline Module types: JKMxxxN-6RL3 (xxx= 385W-410W), JKMxxxN-6RL3-V( xxx= 385W-410W), JKMxxxN-6TL3 (xxx= 355W-375W), JKMxxxN-6TL3-V( xxx= 355W-375W), JKMxxxN-60HL4, JKMxxxN-60HL4-V, JKMxxxN-6RL3 (xxx=415W), JKMxxxN-6RL3-V (xxx=415W), JKMxxxN-6RL3-B, JKMxxxN-6RL3-B-V, JKMxxxN-60HL4-B (i) 1% in the first year; (ii) 0.4% each year thereafter until that date which is thirty (30) years following the Warranty Start Date, at which time the Actual Power Output shall be not less than 87.4% of the Nominal Power Output.
Limited Power Warranty. Jinko warrants that the Degradation Rate shall not exceed the following for the periods identified following the Warranty Start Date (“Limited Power Warranty”):
(A) EAGLE/CHEETAH SERIES: (a) for Poly- crystalline Modules: (i) 2.5% in the first year; (ii) 0.7% each year thereafter until that date which is twenty-five (25) years following the Warranty Start Date, at which time the Actual Power Output

Jinko warrants that the Degradation Rate shall not exceed the amount for the applicable period following the Warranty Start Date as set forth below (“Limited Power Warranty”): For Modules, only applicable to the following mono-crystalline Module types: JKMxxxN-6RL3 (xxx= 385W-410W), JKMxxxN-6RL3-V( xxx= 385W-410W), JKMxxxN-6TL3 (xxx= 355W-375W), JKMxxxN-6TL3-V( xxx= 355W-375W), JKMxxxN-60HL4, JKMxxxN-60HL4-V, JKMxxxN-6RL3 (xxx=415W), JKMxxxN-6RL3-V (xxx=415W), JKMxxxN-6RL3-B, JKMxxxN-6RL3-B-V, JKMxxxN-60HL4-B, JKMxxxN-60HL4-B-V, JKMxxxN-54HL4, JKMxxxN-54HL4-V, JKMxxxN-54HL4R,(xxx=415-440W) JKMxxxN-54HL4R-V,(xxx=415-445W) JKMxxxN-54HL4-B, JKMxxxN-54HL4-B-V(xxx=405-420W)
(i) 1% in the first year; (ii) 0.4% each year thereafter until that date which is thirty (30) years following the Warranty Start Date, at which time the Actual Power Output shall be not less than 87.4% of the Nominal Power Output.
Limited Power Warranty. Mission Solar warrants that if, within twenty-five (25) years from the Warranty Start Date, any Module exhibits a power output (Output Threshold) less than the percentage applicable to such year (as set forth in the Output Schedule below) of the nominal power output for that Module as specified on its original product label (the Rated Maximum Power), and if such decrease in power below the Output Threshold is determined to be due to defects in the materials or workmanship under normal application, use, and service conditions as specified in the Installation and User Manual, Mission Solar shall, at its sole option, either (a) repair or replace the non-conforming Module at no charge to the Customer for replacement modules or parts, (b) provide the Customer with additional Module(s) to make up for such decrease in power so that the power output equals or exceeds the Output Threshold, provided, it is possible for the Customer to mount such additional Module(s), or (c) refund the difference between the actual power output of the Module and the Output Threshold, based on the current market price of a comparable Module at the time
a) For purposes of determining Module power output, measurements shall be based on, or normalized to, standard test conditions of 1000W/m2 irradiance, 25⁰C cell temperature, and AM 1.5 light spectrum. Measurements shall be made in accordance with IEC 60904, and shall account for measurement system error in accordance with EN 50380.
b) Output Schedule for P-Type Mono Modules: 3.0% in the first year, and linearly 0.7% per year thereafter, ending in 80.20% in the 25th year after the Warranty Start Date.
c) Output Schedule for P-Type Multi Modules: 2.5% in the first year, and linearly 0.7% per year thereafter, ending in 80.70% in the 25th year after the Warranty Start Date.
Limited Power Warranty. Jinko warrants that the Degradation Rate shall not exceed the following for the periods identified following the Warranty Start Date: (a) 10% by that date which is twelve (12) years following the Warranty Start Date, at which time the Actual Power Output shall be not less than 90% of the Nominal Power Output; and (b) 20% by that date which is twenty-five (25) years following the Warranty Start Date, at which time the Actual Power Output shall be not less than 80% of the Nominal Power Output (“Limited Power Warranty”).
Limited Power Warranty. 1.2.1 P type monocrystalline module: Within the first year from the date of warranty, the output power of modules shall not be less than 97.0% of the minimum nominal peak power as set forth in the specifications. Thereafter the loss of average output power shall not exceed 0.7% per year. After twenty-five (25) years, the output power of the modules shall not be less than 80% of its minimum nominal peak power as set forth in the specifications.
Limited Power Warranty. 3.1 Our company warrants that (a) within a period of 12 years from the date of warranty, The peak power of modules are not less than 90% of the minimum nominal peak power as specified as of the delivery date or (b) within a period of 25 years from the date of warranty, the peak power of modules are not less than 80% of the minimum nominal peak power as specified as of the delivery date.
3.2 The power must be measured at the standard conditions (STC).
3.3 If the peak power of module(s) beyond the scope of the clause 3.1, our company will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective module(s), or supply additional module(s) to compensate the power loss, or refund the cost of the module(s) according to the power difference (according to the market price at the time of treatment), provided such a loss in peak power is attributable to defects in material and /or workmanship by the diagnosis of our company. The selection right shall belong to our company.
3.4 Loss of the power output or power loss: Within twelve (12) years, the value is the difference between the actual power and the 90% of minimum nominal peak power. Within twenty five (25) years, the value is the difference between the actual power and the 80% of minimum nominal peak power.
3.5 If applicable, our company has right to compare the actual power generation with the design power generation to measure the power loss caused by the modules.
3.6 Repair, replacement, supply additional modules, or refund remedy shall be the sole and exclusive performances guaranteed under this Limited Power Warranty and shall not extend beyond the period set forth herein.
