Mail Order Catalog Warnings In the event that, the Settling Entity prints new catalogs and sells units of the Products via mail order through such catalogs to California consumers or through its customers, the Settling Entity shall provide a warning for each unit of such Product both on the label in accordance with subsection 2.4 above, and in the catalog in a manner that clearly associates the warning with the specific Product being purchased. Any warning provided in a mail order catalog shall be in the same type size or larger than other consumer information conveyed for such Product within the catalog and shall be located on the same display page of the item. The catalog warning may use the Short-Form Warning content described in subsection 2.3(b) if the language provided on the Product label also uses the Short-Form Warning.
Court Orders ICANN will respect any order from a court of competent jurisdiction, including any orders from any jurisdiction where the consent or non-‐objection of the government was a requirement for the delegation of the TLD. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, ICANN’s implementation of any such order will not be a breach of this Agreement
Final Approval Order 62. The Parties shall jointly seek entry of a Final Approval Order, the text of which the Parties shall agree upon. The dismissal orders, motions or stipulation to implement this Section shall, among other things, seek or provide for a dismissal with prejudice and waiving any rights of appeal.
Compliance with Procurement Laws This Contract is the result of compliance with applicable procurement laws of the State of Texas. DIR issued a solicitation on the Comptroller of Public Accounts’ Electronic State Business Daily, Request for Offer (RFO) DIR-TSO-TMP-225, on February 27, 2015, for Software, including Software as a Service, Products and Related Services. Upon execution of this Contract, a notice of award for RFO DIR-TSO-TMP-225 shall be posted by DIR on the Electronic State Business Daily.
APPLICABLE LAW AND SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES 25.1 This Agreement shall, in all respects, be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force from time to time in the State of Israel.

Final Order If the Interim Order is obtained and the Arrangement Resolution is approved at the Company Meeting in accordance with the terms of the Interim Order, the Company shall take all steps necessary to submit the Arrangement to the Court and diligently pursue an application for the Final Order pursuant to section 182 of the OBCA, as soon as reasonably practicable, but in any event not later than three Business Days, after the Arrangement Resolution is passed at the Company Meeting as provided for in the Interim Order.

Environmental procurement policies and activities related to the completion of any Work will include, whenever practicable, but are not limited to: The use of recycled and/or recyclable products in daily operations (i.e. 30%, 50%, 100% PCW paper, chlorine process free, triclosan free hand cleaner, etc.); The use of energy-star compliant equipment; The use of alternative fuel and hybrid vehicles, and implementation of protocols aimed at increasing the efficiency of vehicle operation; The implementation of internal waste reduction and reuse protocol(s); and Water and resource conservation activities within facilities, including bans on individual serving bottled water and the use of compostable food service products.
