Bilateral relations. The programme shall contribute to strengthening bilateral relations between Slovakia and Norway. The programme shall, as appropriate, facilitate donor partnership projects by encouraging partnerships with donor state entities in the open calls. The programme will facilitate bilateral cooperation between Slovakia and Norway in the field of inclusive education, namely through study visits and trainings for school management and teaching staff on education for democratic citizenship (EDC) and human rights education (HRE). The further use of the funds for bilateral relations allocated to the programme shall be agreed in the Cooperation Committee.
