Common use of Bill of Quantities Clause in Contracts

Bill of Quantities. 35.1. The Bill of Quantities shall contain items for the construction, installation, testing, and commissioning work to be done by the Contractor. 35.2. The Bill of Quantities is used to calculate the Contract Price. The Contractor is paid for the quantity of the work done at the rate in the Bill of Quantities for each item.
