Billable Rates. Contractor shall be paid for the performance of Services on an hourly rate, daily rate, flat fee, lump sum, or other basis, as set forth in Exhibit A or Attachment 1 to this Exhibit B and any applicable special provisions included in the request for bids or proposals. If there is a conflict between Exhibit A or Exhibit B and the Special Provisions, Exhibit A or Exhibit B controls.
