Common use of Billing Adjustment Credit Clause in Contracts

Billing Adjustment Credit. To provide Customer the benefit of the rates and discounts in this Agreement as of the Effective Date and until such rates and discounts are implemented, Company shall provide Customer with a one-time billing adjustment credit equal to $263,885.01 plus applicable taxes and surcharges against Customer’s Audio and Net Conferencing Service Charges incurred for the invoice periods of January and February 2007. This credit shall compensate Customer for the difference between the Tariff/Guide/list rates invoiced during the 1st full billing cycle following Customer's signature date above and the rates and discounts in this Agreement.

Billing Adjustment Credit. To provide Customer the benefit of the rates and discounts in this Agreement as of the Effective Date and until such rates and discounts are implemented, Company shall provide Customer with a one-time billing adjustment credit equal to $263,885.01 2,229.87, plus applicable taxes and surcharges against Customer’s Audio and Net Conferencing Service Charges incurred for the invoice periods of January and February 2007surcharges. This credit shall compensate Customer for the difference between the Tariff/Guide/list rates invoiced during the 1st full billing cycle following Customer's signature date above and the rates and discounts in this Agreement.

Billing Adjustment Credit. To provide Customer the benefit of the rates and discounts in this Agreement as of the Effective Date and until such rates and discounts are implemented, Company shall provide Customer with a one-time billing adjustment credit equal to $263,885.01 plus 1,495,536.40 including applicable taxes and surcharges against Customer’s Audio and Net Conferencing Service Charges incurred for the invoice periods of January and February 2007surcharges. This credit shall compensate Customer for the difference between the Tariff/Guide/list rates invoiced during the 1st full billing cycle following Customer's signature date above and the rates and discounts in this Agreement.

Billing Adjustment Credit. To provide Customer the benefit of the rates and discounts in this Agreement the Amendment as of the Effective Date and until such rates and discounts are implemented, the Company shall provide Customer with a one-time billing adjustment credit equal to $263,885.01 32,920.00 plus applicable taxes and surcharges against Customer’s Audio and Net Conferencing Service Charges incurred for the invoice periods of January and February 2007surcharges. This credit shall compensate Customer for the difference between the Tariff/Guide/list rates invoiced during the 1st full billing cycle following Customer's signature date above and the rates and discounts in this Agreement.

This credit shall compensate Customer for the difference between the Tariff/Guide/list rates invoiced during the 1st full billing cycle following Customer's signature date above and the rates and discounts in this Agreement.

This credit shall compensate Customer for the difference between the Tariff/Guide/list rates invoiced during the 1st full billing cycle following Customer's signature date above and the rates and discounts in this Agreement.

This credit shall compensate Customer for the difference between the Tariff/Guide/list rates invoiced during the 1st full billing cycle following Customer's signature date above and the rates and discounts in this Agreement.

This credit shall compensate Customer for the difference between the Tariff/Guide/list rates invoiced during the 1st full billing cycle following Customer's signature date above and the rates and discounts in this Agreement.. This credit shall compensate Customer for the difference between the Tariff/Guide/list rates invoiced during the 1st full billing cycle following Customer's signature date above and the rates and discounts in this Agreement.

This credit shall compensate Customer for the difference between the Tariff/Guide/list rates invoiced during the 1st full billing cycle following Customer's signature date above and the rates and discounts in this Agreement.

Billing Adjustment Credit. To provide Customer the benefit of the rates and discounts in this Agreement the Amendment as of the Effective Date and until such rates and discounts are implemented, the Company shall provide Customer with a one-time billing adjustment credit equal to $263,885.01 8,145.00, plus applicable taxes Taxes and surcharges against Customer’s Audio and Net Conferencing Service Governmental Charges incurred for incorrect billing on the invoice periods of January and February 2007OC3 circuit. This credit shall compensate Customer for the difference between the Tariff/Guide/list rates invoiced during the 1st full billing cycle following Customer's signature date above and the rates and discounts in this Agreement.

Billing Adjustment Credit. To provide Customer the benefit of the rates and discounts in this Agreement the Amendment as of the Effective Date and until such rates and discounts are implemented, the Company shall provide Customer with a one-time billing adjustment credit equal to $263,885.01 265,928 plus applicable taxes and surcharges against Customer’s Audio and Net Conferencing Service Charges incurred for the invoice periods of January and February 2007surcharges. This credit shall compensate Customer for the difference between the Tariff/Guide/list rates invoiced during the 1st full billing cycle following Customer's signature date above and the rates and discounts in this Agreement.

Billing Adjustment Credit. To provide Customer the benefit of the rates and discounts in this Agreement as of the Effective Date and until such rates and discounts are implemented, Company shall provide Customer with a one-time billing adjustment credit equal to $263,885.01 124,186.36, plus applicable taxes and surcharges against Customer’s Audio and Net Conferencing Service Charges incurred for the invoice periods of January and February 2007surcharges. This credit shall compensate Customer for the difference between the Tariff/Guide/list rates invoiced during the 1st full billing cycle following Customer's signature date above and the rates and discounts in this Agreement.

This credit shall compensate Customer for the difference between the Tariff/Guide/list rates invoiced during the 1st full billing cycle following Customer's signature date above and the rates and discounts in this Agreement.. This credit shall compensate Customer for the difference between the Tariff/Guide/list rates invoiced during the 1st full billing cycle following Customer's signature date above and the rates and discounts in this Agreement.. This credit shall compensate Customer for the difference between the Tariff/Guide/list rates invoiced during the 1st full billing cycle following Customer's signature date above and the rates and discounts in this Agreement.

Billing Adjustment Credit. To provide Customer the benefit of the rates and discounts in this Agreement the Amendment as of the Effective Date and until such rates and discounts are implemented, the Company shall provide Customer with a one-time billing adjustment credit equal to $263,885.01 3,590 plus applicable taxes and surcharges against Customer’s Audio and Net Conferencing Service Charges incurred for the invoice periods of January and February 2007surcharges. This credit shall compensate Customer for the difference between the Tariff/Guide/list rates invoiced during the 1st full billing cycle following Customer's signature date above and the rates and discounts in this Agreement.

Billing Adjustment Credit. To provide Customer the benefit of the rates and discounts in this Agreement the Amendment as of the Effective Date and until such rates and discounts are implemented, the Company shall provide Customer with a one-time billing adjustment credit equal to $263,885.01 26,402.27, plus applicable taxes and surcharges against Customer’s Audio and Net Conferencing Service Charges incurred for the invoice periods of January and February 2007surcharges. This credit shall compensate Customer for the difference between the Tariff/Guide/list rates invoiced during the 1st full billing cycle following Customer's signature date above and the rates and discounts in this Agreement.

Billing Adjustment Credit. To provide Customer the benefit of the rates and discounts in this Agreement the Amendment as of the Effective Date and until such rates and discounts are implemented, the Company shall provide Customer with a one-time billing adjustment credit equal to $263,885.01 32,627.94, plus applicable taxes and surcharges against Customer’s Audio and Net Conferencing Service Charges incurred for the invoice periods of January and February 2007surcharges. This credit shall compensate Customer for the difference between the Tariff/Guide/list rates invoiced during the 1st full billing cycle following Customer's signature date above and the rates and discounts in this Agreement.

Billing Adjustment Credit. To provide Customer the benefit of the rates and discounts in this Agreement the Amendment as of the Effective Date and until such rates and discounts are implemented, the Company shall provide Customer with a one-time billing adjustment credit equal to $263,885.01 155,000.00 plus applicable taxes and surcharges against Customer’s Audio and Net Conferencing Service Charges incurred for the invoice periods of January and February 2007surcharges. This credit shall compensate Customer for the difference between the Tariff/Guide/list rates invoiced during the 1st full billing cycle following Customer's signature date above and the rates and discounts in this Agreement.

Billing Adjustment Credit. To provide Customer the benefit of the rates and discounts in this Agreement the Amendment as of the Effective Date and until such rates and discounts are implemented, the Company shall provide Customer with a one-time billing adjustment credit equal to $263,885.01 3,100.00, plus applicable taxes and surcharges against Customer’s Audio and Net Conferencing Service Charges incurred for the invoice periods of January and February 2007surcharges. This credit shall compensate Customer for the difference between the Tariff/Guide/list rates invoiced during the 1st full billing cycle following Customer's signature date above and the rates and discounts in this Agreement.. This credit shall compensate Customer for the difference between the Tariff/Guide/list rates invoiced during the 1st full billing cycle following Customer's signature date above and the rates and discounts in this Agreement.

Billing Adjustment Credit. To provide Customer the benefit of the rates and discounts in this Agreement the Amendment as of the Effective Date and until such rates and discounts are implemented, the Company shall provide Customer with a one-time billing adjustment credit equal to $263,885.01 109,047.30, plus applicable taxes and surcharges against Customer’s Audio and Net Conferencing Service Charges incurred for the invoice periods of January and February 2007surcharges. This credit shall compensate Customer for the difference between the Tariff/Guide/list rates invoiced during the 1st full billing cycle following Customer's signature date above and the rates and discounts in this Agreement.

Billing Adjustment Credit. This credit shall compensate Customer for the difference between the Tariff/Guide/list rates invoiced during the 1st full billing cycle following Customer's signature date above and the rates and discounts in this Agreement.

Billing Adjustment Credit. To provide Customer the benefit of the rates and discounts in this Agreement as of the Effective Date and until such rates and discounts are implemented, Company shall provide Customer with a one-time billing adjustment credit equal to $263,885.01 180 plus applicable taxes and surcharges against Customer’s Audio and Net Conferencing Service Charges incurred for surcharges, to be applied during the invoice periods of January and February 20071st month following the First Amendment Effective Date. This credit shall compensate Customer for the difference between the Tariff/Guide/list rates invoiced during the 1st full billing cycle following Customer's signature date above and the rates and discounts in this Agreement.

Billing Adjustment Credit. To provide Customer the benefit of the rates and discounts in this Agreement as of the Effective Date and until such rates and discounts are implemented, Company shall provide Customer with a one-time billing adjustment credit equal to $263,885.01 45,000, plus applicable taxes and surcharges against Customer’s Audio and Net Conferencing Service Charges incurred for the invoice periods of January and February 2007surcharges. This credit shall compensate Customer for the difference between the Tariff/Guide/list rates invoiced during the 1st full billing cycle following Customer's signature date above and the rates and discounts in this Agreement.

This credit shall compensate Customer for the difference between the Tariff/Guide/list rates invoiced during the 1st full billing cycle following Customer's signature date above and the rates and discounts in this Agreement.

Billing Adjustment Credit. To provide Customer the benefit of the rates and discounts in this Agreement the Amendment as of the Effective Date and until such rates and discounts are implemented, the Company shall provide Customer with a one-time billing adjustment credit equal to $263,885.01 3,900, plus applicable taxes and surcharges against Customer’s Audio and Net Conferencing Service Charges incurred for the invoice periods of January and February 2007surcharges. This credit shall compensate Customer for the difference between the Tariff/Guide/list rates invoiced during the 1st full billing cycle following Customer's signature date above and the rates and discounts in this Agreement. Waivers: Toll Free Service: Company will waive the monthly recurring charge associated with Common Business Line (“CBL”).

Billing Adjustment Credit. To provide Customer the benefit of the rates and discounts in this Agreement as of the Effective Date and until such rates and discounts are implemented, Company shall provide Customer with a one-time billing adjustment credit equal to Five Thousand Dollars ($263,885.01 5,000), plus applicable taxes and surcharges against Customer’s Audio and Net Conferencing Service Charges incurred for the invoice periods of January and February 2007surcharges. This credit shall compensate Customer for the difference between the Tariff/Guide/list rates invoiced during the 1st full billing cycle following Customer's signature date above and the rates and discounts in this Agreement.

Billing Adjustment Credit. To provide Customer the benefit of the rates and discounts in this Agreement the Amendment as of the Effective Date and until such rates and discounts are implemented, the Company shall provide Customer with a one-time billing adjustment credit equal to $263,885.01 68,873, plus applicable taxes and surcharges against Customer’s Audio and Net Conferencing Service Charges incurred for the invoice periods of January and February 2007surcharges. This credit shall compensate Customer for the difference between the Tariff/Guide/list rates invoiced during the 1st full billing cycle following Customer's signature date above and the rates and discounts in this Agreement.

Billing Adjustment Credit. To provide Customer the benefit of the rates and discounts in this Agreement as of the Effective Date and until such rates and discounts are implemented, Company shall provide Customer with a one-time billing adjustment credit equal to $263,885.01 100,000.00, plus applicable taxes and surcharges against Customer’s Audio and Net Conferencing Service Charges incurred for surcharges, to be applied during the invoice periods of January and February 2007first monthly billing period following the Effective Date. This credit shall compensate Customer for the difference between the Tariff/Guide/list rates invoiced during the 1st full billing cycle following Customer's signature date above and the rates and discounts in this Agreement.

Billing Adjustment Credit. To provide Customer the benefit of the rates and discounts in this Agreement the Amendment as of the Effective Date and until such rates and discounts are implemented, the Company shall provide Customer with a one-time billing adjustment credit equal to $263,885.01 110,214, plus applicable taxes and surcharges against Customer’s Audio and Net Conferencing Service Charges incurred for the invoice periods of January and February 2007surcharges. This credit shall compensate Customer for the difference between the Tariff/Guide/list rates invoiced during the 1st full billing cycle following Customer's signature date above and the rates and discounts in this Agreement.

Billing Adjustment Credit. To provide Customer the benefit of the rates and discounts in this Agreement as of the Effective Date and until such rates and discounts are implemented, Company shall provide Customer with a one-time billing adjustment credit equal to $263,885.01 22,820.00, plus applicable taxes and surcharges against Customer’s Audio and Net Conferencing Service Charges incurred for the invoice periods of January and February 2007surcharges. This credit shall compensate Customer for the difference between the Tariff/Guide/list rates invoiced during the 1st full billing cycle following Customer's signature date above and the rates and discounts in this Agreement.

Billing Adjustment Credit. This credit shall compensate Customer for the difference between the Tariff/Guide/list rates invoiced during the 1st full billing cycle following Customer's signature date above and the rates and discounts in this Agreement.

To provide Customer the benefit of the rates and discounts in this Agreement the Amendment as of the Effective Date as of November and December of 2014 and until such rates and discounts are implemented, the Company shall provide Customer with a one-time billing adjustment credit equal to $263,885.01 225,782, plus applicable taxes and surcharges against Customer’s Audio and Net Conferencing Service Charges incurred for the invoice periods of January and February 2007surcharges. This credit shall compensate Customer for the difference between the Tariff/Guide/list rates invoiced during the 1st full billing cycle following Customer's signature date above and the rates and discounts in this Agreement.

This credit shall compensate Customer for the difference between the Tariff/Guide/list rates invoiced during the 1st full billing cycle following Customer's signature date above and the rates and discounts in this Agreement.

This credit shall compensate Customer for the difference between the Tariff/Guide/list rates invoiced during the 1st full billing cycle following Customer's signature date above and the rates and discounts in this Agreement.
