Common use of Billing Adjustment Credit Clause in Contracts

Billing Adjustment Credit. To provide Customer the benefit of the rates and discounts contained in this Agreement as of the first day of the first full billing cycle following Customer's execution and delivery of this Agreement to Company, Company shall provide Customer with a one-time billing adjustment credit equal to $20,742, plus applicable Taxes and Governmental Charges, to be applied in the second (2nd) monthly billing period following the Effective Date. This credit shall compensate Customer for the difference between Company’s existing contract rates invoiced during the first full monthly billing period and the rates and discounts set forth in this Agreement. The credit will be applied against Customer’s charges incurred for interstate and international services.
