Common use of Billing and Collection Customers Clause in Contracts

Billing and Collection Customers. BellSouth currently has in effect numerous billing and collection agreements with various interexchange carriers and billing clearing houses and as such these billing and collection customers (“B&C Customers”) query BellSouth’s LIDB to determine whether to accept various billing options from End Users. Until such time as BellSouth implements in its LIDB and its supporting systems the means to differentiate Lightyear’s data from BellSouth’s data, the following shall apply: (1) Lightyear will accept responsibility for telecommunications services billed by BellSouth for its B&C Customers for Lightyear’s End User accounts which are resident in LIDB pursuant to this Agreement. Lightyear authorizes BellSouth to place such charges on Lightyear’s xxxx from BellSouth and shall pay all such charges, including, but are not limited to, collect and third number calls. (2) Charges for such services shall appear on a separate BellSouth xxxx xxxx identified with the name of the B&C Customers for which BellSouth is billing the charge. (3) Lightyear shall have the responsibility to render a billing statement to its End Users for these charges, but Lightyear shall pay BellSouth for the charges billed regardless of whether Lightyear collects from Lightyear’s End Users. (4) BellSouth shall have no obligation to become involved in any disputes between Lightyear and B&C Customers. BellSouth will not issue adjustments for charges billed on behalf of any B&C Customer to Lightyear. It shall be the responsibility of Lightyear and the B&C Customers to negotiate and arrange for any appropriate adjustments.

(3) Lightyear Talk America shall have the responsibility to render a billing statement to its End Users for these charges, but Lightyear Talk America shall pay BellSouth for the charges billed regardless of whether Lightyear Talk America collects from LightyearTalk America’s End Users. (4) BellSouth shall have no obligation to become involved in any disputes between Lightyear Talk America and B&C Customers. BellSouth will not issue adjustments for charges billed on behalf of any B&C Customer to LightyearTalk America. It shall be the responsibility of Lightyear Talk America and the B&C Customers to negotiate and arrange for any appropriate adjustments.

(4) BellSouth shall have no obligation to become involved in any disputes between Lightyear Global Connection and B&C Customers. BellSouth will not issue adjustments for charges billed on behalf of any B&C Customer to LightyearGlobal Connection. It shall be the responsibility of Lightyear Global Connection and the B&C Customers to negotiate and arrange for any appropriate adjustments.

(2) Charges for such services shall appear on a separate BellSouth xxxx xxxx identified with the name of the B&C Customers for which BellSouth is billing the charge. (3) Lightyear State Discount Telephone LLC shall have the responsibility to render a billing statement to its End Users for these charges, but Lightyear State Discount Telephone LLC shall pay BellSouth for the charges billed regardless of whether Lightyear State Discount Telephone LLC collects from LightyearState Discount Telephone LLC’s End Users. (4) BellSouth shall have no obligation to become involved in any disputes between Lightyear State Discount Telephone LLC and B&C Customers. BellSouth will not issue adjustments for charges billed on behalf of any B&C Customer to LightyearState Discount Telephone LLC. It shall be the responsibility of Lightyear State Discount Telephone LLC and the B&C Customers to negotiate and arrange for any appropriate adjustments.

(3) Lightyear CGI shall have the responsibility to render a billing statement to its End Users for these charges, but Lightyear CGI shall pay BellSouth for the charges billed regardless of whether Lightyear CGI collects from LightyearCGI’s End Users. (4) BellSouth shall have no obligation to become involved in any disputes between Lightyear CGI and B&C Customers. BellSouth will not issue adjustments for charges billed on behalf of any B&C Customer to LightyearCGI. It shall be the responsibility of Lightyear CGI and the B&C Customers to negotiate and arrange for any appropriate adjustments.

(2) Charges for such services shall appear on a separate BellSouth xxxx xxxx identified with the name of the B&C Customers for which BellSouth is billing the charge. (3) Lightyear DukeNet shall have the responsibility to render a billing statement to its End Users for these charges, but Lightyear DukeNet shall pay BellSouth for the charges billed regardless of whether Lightyear DukeNet collects from LightyearDukeNet’s End Users. (4) BellSouth shall have no obligation to become involved in any disputes between Lightyear DukeNet and B&C Customers. BellSouth will not issue adjustments for charges billed on behalf of any B&C Customer to LightyearDukeNet. It shall be the responsibility of Lightyear DukeNet and the B&C Customers to negotiate and arrange for any appropriate adjustments.

Lightyear Telstar authorizes BellSouth to place such charges on LightyearTelstar’s xxxx bill from BellSouth and shall pay all such charges, including, but are not limited to, collect and third number calls. (2) Charges for such services shall appear on a separate BellSouth xxxx xxxx identified with the name of the B&C Customers for which BellSouth is billing the charge. (3) Lightyear Telstar shall have the responsibility to render a billing statement to its End Users for these charges, but Lightyear Telstar shall pay BellSouth for the charges billed regardless of whether Lightyear Telstar collects from LightyearTelstar’s End Users. (4) BellSouth shall have no obligation to become involved in any disputes between Lightyear Telstar and B&C Customers. BellSouth XxxxXxxxx will not issue adjustments for charges billed on behalf of any B&C Customer to LightyearTelstar. It shall be the responsibility of Lightyear Telstar and the B&C Customers to negotiate and arrange for any appropriate adjustments.

(3) Lightyear DPI shall have the responsibility to render a billing statement to its End Users for these charges, but Lightyear DPI shall pay BellSouth for the charges billed regardless of whether Lightyear DPI collects from LightyearDPI’s End Users. (4) BellSouth shall have no obligation to become involved in any disputes between Lightyear DPI and B&C Customers. BellSouth will not issue adjustments for charges billed on behalf of any B&C Customer to LightyearDPI. It shall be the responsibility of Lightyear DPI and the B&C Customers to negotiate and arrange for any appropriate adjustments.

Lightyear Aspire Telecom, Inc. authorizes BellSouth to place such charges on LightyearAspire Telecom, Inc.’s xxxx from BellSouth and shall pay all such charges, including, but are not limited to, collect and third number calls. (2) Charges for such services shall appear on a separate BellSouth xxxx xxxx identified with the name of the B&C Customers for which BellSouth is billing the charge. (3) Lightyear Aspire Telecom, Inc. shall have the responsibility to render a billing statement to its End Users for these charges, but Lightyear Aspire Telecom, Inc. shall pay BellSouth for the charges billed regardless of whether Lightyear Aspire Telecom, Inc. collects from LightyearAspire Telecom, Inc.’s End Users. (4) BellSouth shall have no obligation to become involved in any disputes between Lightyear Aspire Telecom, Inc. and B&C Customers. BellSouth will not issue adjustments for charges billed on behalf of any B&C Customer to Lightyear. Aspire Telecom, Inc.. It shall be the responsibility of Lightyear Aspire Telecom, Inc. and the B&C Customers to negotiate and arrange for any appropriate adjustments.

Lightyear A Plus Connect, LLC authorizes BellSouth to place such charges on LightyearA Plus Connect, LLC’s xxxx bill from BellSouth and shall pay all such charges, including, but are not limited to, collect and third number calls. (2) Charges for such services shall appear on a separate BellSouth xxxx xxxx identified with the name of the B&C Customers for which BellSouth is billing the charge. (3) Lightyear A Plus Connect, LLC shall have the responsibility to render a billing statement to its End Users for these charges, but Lightyear A Plus Connect, LLC shall pay BellSouth for the charges billed regardless of whether Lightyear A Plus Connect, LLC collects from LightyearA Plus Connect, LLC’s End Users. (4) BellSouth shall have no obligation to become involved in any disputes between Lightyear A Plus Connect, LLC and B&C Customers. BellSouth will not issue adjustments for charges billed on behalf of any B&C Customer to LightyearA Plus Connect, LLC. It shall be the responsibility of Lightyear A Plus Connect, LLC and the B&C Customers to negotiate and arrange for any appropriate adjustments.

Lightyear Push Button authorizes BellSouth to place such charges on LightyearPush Button’s xxxx from BellSouth and shall pay all such charges, including, but are not limited to, collect and third number calls. (2) Charges for such services shall appear on a separate BellSouth xxxx xxxx identified with the name of the B&C Customers for which BellSouth is billing the charge. (3) Lightyear Push Button shall have the responsibility to render a billing statement to its End Users for these charges, but Lightyear Push Button shall pay BellSouth for the charges billed regardless of whether Lightyear Push Button collects from LightyearPush Button’s End Users. (4) BellSouth shall have no obligation to become involved in any disputes between Lightyear Push Button and B&C Customers. BellSouth will not issue adjustments for charges billed on behalf of any B&C Customer to LightyearPush Button. It shall be the responsibility of Lightyear Push Button and the B&C Customers to negotiate and arrange for any appropriate adjustments.

Lightyear Triarch Marketing, Inc. authorizes BellSouth to place such charges on LightyearTriarch Marketing, Inc.’s xxxx from BellSouth and shall pay all such charges, including, but are not limited to, collect and third number calls. (2) Charges for such services shall appear on a separate BellSouth xxxx xxxx identified with the name of the B&C Customers for which BellSouth is billing the charge. (3) Lightyear Triarch Marketing, Inc. shall have the responsibility to render a billing statement to its End Users for these charges, but Lightyear Triarch Marketing, Inc. shall pay BellSouth for the charges billed regardless of whether Lightyear Triarch Marketing, Inc. collects from LightyearTriarch Marketing, Inc.’s End Users. (4) BellSouth shall have no obligation to become involved in any disputes between Lightyear Triarch Marketing, Inc. and B&C Customers. BellSouth will not issue adjustments for charges billed on behalf of any B&C Customer to Lightyear. Triarch Marketing, Inc.. It shall be the responsibility of Lightyear Triarch Marketing, Inc. and the B&C Customers to negotiate and arrange for any appropriate adjustments.

Lightyear TrustedNet authorizes BellSouth to place such charges on LightyearTrustedNet ’s xxxx from BellSouth and shall pay all such charges, including, but are not limited to, collect and third number calls. (2) Charges for such services shall appear on a separate BellSouth xxxx xxxx identified with the name of the B&C Customers for which BellSouth is billing the charge. (3) Lightyear TrustedNet shall have the responsibility to render a billing statement to its End Users for these charges, but Lightyear TrustedNet shall pay BellSouth for the charges billed regardless of whether Lightyear TrustedNet collects from LightyearTrustedNet ’s End Users. (4) BellSouth shall have no obligation to become involved in any disputes between Lightyear TrustedNet and B&C Customers. BellSouth will not issue adjustments for charges billed on behalf of any B&C Customer to LightyearTrustedNet . It shall be the responsibility of Lightyear TrustedNet and the B&C Customers to negotiate and arrange for any appropriate adjustments.

Lightyear MOR Communications, LLC authorizes BellSouth to place such charges on LightyearMOR Communications, LLC’s xxxx from BellSouth and shall pay all such charges, including, but are not limited to, collect and third number calls. (2) Charges for such services shall appear on a separate BellSouth xxxx xxxx identified with the name of the B&C Customers for which BellSouth is billing the charge. (3) Lightyear MOR Communications, LLC shall have the responsibility to render a billing statement to its End Users for these charges, but Lightyear MOR Communications, LLC shall pay BellSouth for the charges billed regardless of whether Lightyear MOR Communications, LLC collects from LightyearMOR Communications, LLC’s End Users. (4) BellSouth shall have no obligation to become involved in any disputes between Lightyear MOR Communications, LLC and B&C Customers. BellSouth will not issue adjustments for charges billed on behalf of any B&C Customer to LightyearMOR Communications, LLC. It shall be the responsibility of Lightyear MOR Communications, LLC and the B&C Customers to negotiate and arrange for any appropriate adjustments.

Lightyear ABC Connect authorizes BellSouth to place such charges on LightyearABC Connect’s xxxx from BellSouth and shall pay all such charges, including, but are not limited to, collect and third number calls. (2) Charges for such services shall appear on a separate BellSouth xxxx xxxx identified with the name of the B&C Customers for which BellSouth is billing the charge. (3) Lightyear ABC Connect shall have the responsibility to render a billing statement to its End Users for these charges, but Lightyear ABC Connect shall pay BellSouth for the charges billed regardless of whether Lightyear ABC Connect collects from LightyearABC Connect’s End Users. (4) BellSouth shall have no obligation to become involved in any disputes between Lightyear ABC Connect and B&C Customers. BellSouth will not issue adjustments for charges billed on behalf of any B&C Customer to LightyearABC Connect. It shall be the responsibility of Lightyear ABC Connect and the B&C Customers to negotiate and arrange for any appropriate adjustments.

Lightyear Express Paging, Inc. authorizes BellSouth to place such charges on LightyearExpress Paging, Inc.’s xxxx from BellSouth and shall pay all such charges, including, but are not limited to, collect and third number calls. (2) Charges for such services shall appear on a separate BellSouth xxxx xxxx identified with the name of the B&C Customers for which BellSouth is billing the charge. (3) Lightyear Express Paging, Inc. shall have the responsibility to render a billing statement to its End Users for these charges, but Lightyear Express Paging, Inc. shall pay BellSouth for the charges billed regardless of whether Lightyear Express Paging, Inc. collects from LightyearExpress Paging, Inc.’s End Users. (4) BellSouth shall have no obligation to become involved in any disputes between Lightyear Express Paging, Inc. and B&C Customers. BellSouth will not issue adjustments for charges billed on behalf of any B&C Customer to Lightyear. Express Paging, Inc.. It shall be the responsibility of Lightyear Express Paging, Inc. and the B&C Customers to negotiate and arrange for any appropriate adjustments.

Billing and Collection Customers. BellSouth currently has in effect numerous billing and collection agreements with various interexchange carriers and billing clearing houses and as such these billing and collection customers (“B&C Customers”) query BellSouth’s LIDB to determine whether to accept various billing options from End Users. Until such time as BellSouth implements in its LIDB and its supporting systems the means to differentiate LightyearNexus’s data from BellSouth’s data, the following shall apply: (1) Lightyear Nexus will accept responsibility for telecommunications services billed by BellSouth for its B&C Customers for LightyearNexus’s End User accounts which are resident in LIDB pursuant to this Agreement. Lightyear Nexus authorizes BellSouth to place such charges on LightyearNexus’s xxxx from BellSouth and shall pay all such charges, including, but are not limited to, collect and third number calls. (2) Charges for such services shall appear on a separate BellSouth xxxx xxxx identified with the name of the B&C Customers for which BellSouth is billing the charge. (3) Lightyear Nexus shall have the responsibility to render a billing statement to its End Users for these charges, but Lightyear Nexus shall pay BellSouth for the charges billed regardless of whether Lightyear Nexus collects from LightyearNexus’s End Users. (4) BellSouth shall have no obligation to become involved in any disputes between Lightyear Nexus and B&C Customers. BellSouth will not issue adjustments for charges billed on behalf of any B&C Customer to LightyearNexus. It shall be the responsibility of Lightyear Nexus and the B&C Customers to negotiate and arrange for any appropriate adjustments.

Billing and Collection Customers. BellSouth XxxxXxxxx currently has in effect numerous billing and collection agreements with various interexchange carriers and billing clearing houses and as such these billing and collection customers (“B&C Customers”) query BellSouth’s LIDB to determine whether to accept various billing options from End Users. Until such time as BellSouth implements in its LIDB and its supporting systems the means to differentiate LightyearColmena Corp.’s data from BellSouth’s data, the following shall apply: (1) Lightyear Colmena Corp. will accept responsibility for telecommunications services billed by BellSouth for its B&C Customers for LightyearColmena Corp.’s End User accounts which are resident in LIDB pursuant to this Agreement. Lightyear Colmena Corp. authorizes BellSouth to place such charges on LightyearColmena Corp.’s xxxx bill from BellSouth and shall pay all such charges, including, but are not limited to, collect and third number calls. (2) Charges for such services shall appear on a separate BellSouth xxxx xxxx identified with the name of the B&C Customers for which BellSouth is billing the charge. (3) Lightyear Colmena Corp. shall have the responsibility to render a billing statement to its End Users for these charges, but Lightyear Colmena Corp. shall pay BellSouth for the charges billed regardless of whether Lightyear Colmena Corp. collects from LightyearColmena Corp.’s End Users. (4) BellSouth shall have no obligation to become involved in any disputes between Lightyear Colmena Corp. and B&C Customers. BellSouth will not issue adjustments for charges billed on behalf of any B&C Customer to Lightyear. Colmena Corp.. It shall be the responsibility of Lightyear Colmena Corp. and the B&C Customers to negotiate and arrange for any appropriate adjustments.

Billing and Collection Customers. Lightyear Flatel, Inc. authorizes BellSouth to place such charges on LightyearFlatel, Inc.’s xxxx from BellSouth and shall pay all such charges, including, but are not limited to, collect and third number calls. (2) Charges for such services shall appear on a separate BellSouth xxxx xxxx identified with the name of the B&C Customers for which BellSouth is billing the charge. (3) Lightyear Flatel, Inc. shall have the responsibility to render a billing statement to its End Users for these charges, but Lightyear Flatel, Inc. shall pay BellSouth for the charges billed regardless of whether Lightyear Flatel, Inc. collects from LightyearFlatel, Inc.’s End Users. (4) BellSouth shall have no obligation to become involved in any disputes between Lightyear Flatel, Inc. and B&C Customers. BellSouth will not issue adjustments for charges billed on behalf of any B&C Customer to Lightyear. Flatel, Inc.. It shall be the responsibility of Lightyear Flatel, Inc. and the B&C Customers to negotiate and arrange for any appropriate adjustments.

Billing and Collection Customers. Lightyear Local Telecom authorizes BellSouth to place such charges on LightyearLocal Telecom ’s xxxx from BellSouth and shall pay all such charges, including, but are not limited to, collect and third number calls. (2) Charges for such services shall appear on a separate BellSouth xxxx xxxx identified with the name of the B&C Customers for which BellSouth is billing the charge. (3) Lightyear Local Telecom shall have the responsibility to render a billing statement to its End Users for these charges, but Lightyear Local Telecom shall pay BellSouth for the charges billed regardless of whether Lightyear Local Telecom collects from LightyearLocal Telecom ’s End Users. (4) BellSouth shall have no obligation to become involved in any disputes between Lightyear Local Telecom and B&C Customers. BellSouth will not issue adjustments for charges billed on behalf of any B&C Customer to LightyearLocal Telecom . It shall be the responsibility of Lightyear Local Telecom and the B&C Customers to negotiate and arrange for any appropriate adjustments.

Lightyear ATI authorizes BellSouth to place such charges on LightyearATI’s xxxx from BellSouth and shall pay all such charges, including, but are not limited to, collect and third number calls. (2) Charges for such services shall appear on a separate BellSouth xxxx xxxx identified with the name of the B&C Customers for which BellSouth is billing the charge. (3) Lightyear ATI shall have the responsibility to render a billing statement to its End Users for these charges, but Lightyear ATI shall pay BellSouth for the charges billed regardless of whether Lightyear ATI collects from LightyearATI’s End Users. (4) BellSouth shall have no obligation to become involved in any disputes between Lightyear ATI and B&C Customers. BellSouth will not issue adjustments for charges billed on behalf of any B&C Customer to LightyearATI. It shall be the responsibility of Lightyear ATI and the B&C Customers to negotiate and arrange for any appropriate adjustments.

Billing and Collection Customers. BellSouth XxxxXxxxx currently has in effect numerous billing and collection agreements with various interexchange carriers and billing clearing houses and as such these billing and collection customers (“B&C Customers”) query BellSouth’s LIDB to determine whether to accept various billing options from End Users. Until such time as BellSouth implements in its LIDB and its supporting systems the means to differentiate LightyearGlobal Connection’s data from BellSouth’s data, the following shall apply: (1) Lightyear Global Connection will accept responsibility for telecommunications services billed by BellSouth for its B&C Customers for LightyearGlobal Connection’s End User accounts which are resident in LIDB pursuant to this Agreement. Lightyear Global Connection authorizes BellSouth to place such charges on LightyearGlobal Connection’s xxxx bill from BellSouth and shall pay all such charges, including, but are not limited to, collect and third number calls. (2) Charges for such services shall appear on a separate BellSouth xxxx xxxx identified with the name of the B&C Customers for which BellSouth is billing the charge. (3) Lightyear Global Connection shall have the responsibility to render a billing statement to its End Users for these charges, but Lightyear Global Connection shall pay BellSouth for the charges billed regardless of whether Lightyear Global Connection collects from LightyearGlobal Connection’s End Users. (4) BellSouth shall have no obligation to become involved in any disputes between Lightyear Global Connection and B&C Customers. BellSouth XxxxXxxxx will not issue adjustments for charges billed on behalf of any B&C Customer to LightyearGlobal Connection. It shall be the responsibility of Lightyear Global Connection and the B&C Customers to negotiate and arrange for any appropriate adjustments.

Lightyear Electronic Telco authorizes BellSouth to place such charges on LightyearElectronic Telco’s xxxx from BellSouth and shall pay all such charges, including, but are not limited to, collect and third number calls. (2) Charges for such services shall appear on a separate BellSouth xxxx xxxx identified with the name of the B&C Customers for which BellSouth is billing the charge. (3) Lightyear Electronic Telco shall have the responsibility to render a billing statement to its End Users for these charges, but Lightyear Electronic Telco shall pay BellSouth for the charges billed regardless of whether Lightyear Electronic Telco collects from LightyearElectronic Telco’s End Users. (4) BellSouth shall have no obligation to become involved in any disputes between Lightyear Electronic Telco and B&C Customers. BellSouth will not issue adjustments for charges billed on behalf of any B&C Customer to LightyearElectronic Telco. It shall be the responsibility of Lightyear Electronic Telco and the B&C Customers to negotiate and arrange for any appropriate adjustments.

Lightyear Aspire Telecom, Inc. authorizes BellSouth to place such charges on LightyearAspire Telecom, Inc.’s xxxx bill from BellSouth and shall pay all such charges, including, but are not limited to, collect and third number calls. (2) Charges for such services shall appear on a separate BellSouth xxxx xxxx identified with the name of the B&C Customers for which BellSouth is billing the charge. (3) Lightyear Aspire Telecom, Inc. shall have the responsibility to render a billing statement to its End Users for these charges, but Lightyear Aspire Telecom, Inc. shall pay BellSouth for the charges billed regardless of whether Lightyear Aspire Telecom, Inc. collects from LightyearAspire Telecom, Inc.’s End Users. (4) BellSouth shall have no obligation to become involved in any disputes between Lightyear Aspire Telecom, Inc. and B&C Customers. BellSouth will not issue adjustments for charges billed on behalf of any B&C Customer to Lightyear. Aspire Telecom, Inc.. It shall be the responsibility of Lightyear Aspire Telecom, Inc. and the B&C Customers to negotiate and arrange for any appropriate adjustments.

Billing and Collection Customers. BellSouth currently has in effect numerous billing and collection agreements with various interexchange carriers and billing clearing houses and as such these billing and collection customers (“B&C Customers”) query BellSouth’s LIDB to determine whether to accept various billing options from End Users. Until such time as BellSouth implements in its LIDB and its supporting systems the means to differentiate LightyearNorth Star Telecom’s data from BellSouth’s data, the following shall apply: (1) Lightyear North Star Telecom will accept responsibility for telecommunications services billed by BellSouth for its B&C Customers for LightyearNorth Star Telecom’s End User accounts which are resident in LIDB pursuant to this Agreement. Lightyear North Star Telecom authorizes BellSouth to place such charges on LightyearNorth Star Telecom’s xxxx from BellSouth and shall pay all such charges, including, but are not limited to, collect and third number calls. (2) Charges for such services shall appear on a separate BellSouth xxxx xxxx identified with the name of the B&C Customers for which BellSouth is billing the charge. (3) Lightyear North Star Telecom shall have the responsibility to render a billing statement to its End Users for these charges, but Lightyear North Star Telecom shall pay BellSouth for the charges billed regardless of whether Lightyear North Star Telecom collects from LightyearNorth Star Telecom’s End Users. (4) BellSouth shall have no obligation to become involved in any disputes between Lightyear North Star Telecom and B&C Customers. BellSouth will not issue adjustments for charges billed on behalf of any B&C Customer to LightyearNorth Star Telecom. It shall be the responsibility of Lightyear North Star Telecom and the B&C Customers to negotiate and arrange for any appropriate adjustments.

Lightyear Express Connection authorizes BellSouth to place such charges on LightyearExpress Connection’s xxxx from BellSouth and shall pay all such charges, including, but are not limited to, collect and third number calls. (2) Charges for such services shall appear on a separate BellSouth xxxx xxxx identified with the name of the B&C Customers for which BellSouth is billing the charge. (3) Lightyear Express Connection shall have the responsibility to render a billing statement to its End Users for these charges, but Lightyear Express Connection shall pay BellSouth for the charges billed regardless of whether Lightyear Express Connection collects from LightyearExpress Connection’s End Users. (4) BellSouth shall have no obligation to become involved in any disputes between Lightyear Express Connection and B&C Customers. BellSouth will not issue adjustments for charges billed on behalf of any B&C Customer to LightyearExpress Connection. It shall be the responsibility of Lightyear Express Connection and the B&C Customers to negotiate and arrange for any appropriate adjustments.

Lightyear Express Phone authorizes BellSouth to place such charges on LightyearExpress Phone’s xxxx from BellSouth and shall pay all such charges, including, but are not limited to, collect and third number calls. (2) Charges for such services shall appear on a separate BellSouth xxxx xxxx identified with the name of the B&C Customers for which BellSouth is billing the charge. (3) Lightyear Express Phone shall have the responsibility to render a billing statement to its End Users for these charges, but Lightyear Express Phone shall pay BellSouth for the charges billed regardless of whether Lightyear Express Phone collects from LightyearExpress Phone’s End Users. (4) BellSouth shall have no obligation to become involved in any disputes between Lightyear Express Phone and B&C Customers. BellSouth will not issue adjustments for charges billed on behalf of any B&C Customer to LightyearExpress Phone. It shall be the responsibility of Lightyear Express Phone and the B&C Customers to negotiate and arrange for any appropriate adjustments.

Lightyear Delta Phones, Inc. authorizes BellSouth to place such charges on LightyearDelta Phones, Inc.’s xxxx from BellSouth and shall pay all such charges, including, but are not limited to, collect and third number calls. (2) Charges for such services shall appear on a separate BellSouth xxxx xxxx identified with the name of the B&C Customers for which BellSouth is billing the charge. (3) Lightyear Delta Phones, Inc. shall have the responsibility to render a billing statement to its End Users for these charges, but Lightyear Delta Phones, Inc. shall pay BellSouth for the charges billed regardless of whether Lightyear Delta Phones, Inc. collects from LightyearDelta Phones, Inc.’s End Users. (4) BellSouth shall have no obligation to become involved in any disputes between Lightyear Delta Phones, Inc. and B&C Customers. BellSouth will not issue adjustments for charges billed on behalf of any B&C Customer to Lightyear. Delta Phones, Inc.. It shall be the responsibility of Lightyear Delta Phones, Inc. and the B&C Customers to negotiate and arrange for any appropriate adjustments.

Lightyear Local Line authorizes BellSouth to place such charges on LightyearLocal Line’s xxxx from BellSouth and shall pay all such charges, including, but are not limited to, collect and third number calls. (2) Charges for such services shall appear on a separate BellSouth xxxx xxxx identified with the name of the B&C Customers for which BellSouth is billing the charge. (3) Lightyear Local Line shall have the responsibility to render a billing statement to its End Users for these charges, but Lightyear Local Line shall pay BellSouth for the charges billed regardless of whether Lightyear Local Line collects from LightyearLocal Line’s End Users. (4) BellSouth shall have no obligation to become involved in any disputes between Lightyear Local Line and B&C Customers. BellSouth will not issue adjustments for charges billed on behalf of any B&C Customer to LightyearLocal Line. It shall be the responsibility of Lightyear Local Line and the B&C Customers to negotiate and arrange for any appropriate adjustments.

Lightyear AM-TEL authorizes BellSouth to place such charges on LightyearAM-TEL’s xxxx from BellSouth and shall pay all such charges, including, but are not limited to, collect and third number calls. (2) Charges for such services shall appear on a separate BellSouth xxxx xxxx identified with the name of the B&C Customers for which BellSouth is billing the charge. (3) Lightyear AM-TEL shall have the responsibility to render a billing statement to its End Users for these charges, but Lightyear AM-TEL shall pay BellSouth for the charges billed regardless of whether Lightyear AM-TEL collects from LightyearAM-TEL’s End Users. (4) BellSouth shall have no obligation to become involved in any disputes between Lightyear AM- TEL and B&C Customers. BellSouth will not issue adjustments for charges billed on behalf of any B&C Customer to LightyearAM-TEL. It shall be the responsibility of Lightyear AM-TEL and the B&C Customers to negotiate and arrange for any appropriate adjustments.

Lightyear Express Phone authorizes BellSouth to place such charges on LightyearExpress Phone’s xxxx bill from BellSouth and shall pay all such charges, including, but are not limited to, collect and third number calls. (2) Charges for such services shall appear on a separate BellSouth xxxx xxxx identified with the name of the B&C Customers for which BellSouth is billing the charge. (3) Lightyear Express Phone shall have the responsibility to render a billing statement to its End Users for these charges, but Lightyear Express Phone shall pay BellSouth for the charges billed regardless of whether Lightyear Express Phone collects from LightyearExpress Phone’s End Users. (4) BellSouth shall have no obligation to become involved in any disputes between Lightyear Express Phone and B&C Customers. BellSouth will not issue adjustments for charges billed on behalf of any B&C Customer to LightyearExpress Phone. It shall be the responsibility of Lightyear Express Phone and the B&C Customers to negotiate and arrange for any appropriate adjustments.

Until such time as BellSouth implements in its LIDB and its supporting systems the means to differentiate LightyearMoney To Go’s data from BellSouth’s data, the following shall apply: (1) Lightyear Money To Go will accept responsibility for telecommunications services billed by BellSouth for its B&C Customers for LightyearMoney To Go’s End User accounts which are resident in LIDB pursuant to this Agreement. Lightyear Money To Go authorizes BellSouth to place such charges on LightyearMoney To Go’s xxxx from BellSouth and shall pay all such charges, including, but are not limited to, collect and third number calls. (2) Charges for such services shall appear on a separate BellSouth xxxx xxxx identified with the name of the B&C Customers for which BellSouth is billing the charge. (3) Lightyear Money To Go shall have the responsibility to render a billing statement to its End Users for these charges, but Lightyear Money To Go shall pay BellSouth for the charges billed regardless of whether Lightyear Money To Go collects from LightyearMoney To Go’s End Users. (4) BellSouth shall have no obligation to become involved in any disputes between Lightyear Money To Go and B&C Customers. BellSouth will not issue adjustments for charges billed on behalf of any B&C Customer to LightyearMoney To Go. It shall be the responsibility of Lightyear Money To Go and the B&C Customers to negotiate and arrange for any appropriate adjustments.

Billing and Collection Customers. BellSouth currently has in effect numerous billing and collection agreements with various interexchange carriers and billing clearing houses and as such these billing and collection customers (“B&C Customers”) query BellSouth’s LIDB to determine whether to accept various billing options from End Users. Until such time as BellSouth implements in its LIDB and its supporting systems the means to differentiate LightyearColumbus Local’s data from BellSouth’s data, the following shall apply: (1) Lightyear Columbus Local will accept responsibility for telecommunications services billed by BellSouth for its B&C Customers for LightyearColumbus Local’s End User accounts which are resident in LIDB pursuant to this Agreement. Lightyear Xxxxxxxx Local authorizes BellSouth to place such charges on LightyearColumbus Local’s xxxx bill from BellSouth and shall pay all such charges, including, but are not limited to, collect and third number calls. (2) Charges for such services shall appear on a separate BellSouth xxxx xxxx identified with the name of the B&C Customers for which BellSouth is billing the charge. (3) Lightyear Columbus Local shall have the responsibility to render a billing statement to its End Users for these charges, but Lightyear Columbus Local shall pay BellSouth for the charges billed regardless of whether Lightyear Columbus Local collects from LightyearColumbus Local’s End Users. (4) BellSouth shall have no obligation to become involved in any disputes between Lightyear Columbus Local and B&C Customers. BellSouth will not issue adjustments for charges billed on behalf of any B&C Customer to LightyearColumbus Local. Lightyear Access America authorizes BellSouth to place such charges on LightyearAccess America’s xxxx from BellSouth and shall pay all such charges, charges including, but are not limited to, collect and third number calls. (2) . Charges for such services shall appear on a separate BellSouth xxxx xxxx identified with the name of the B&C Customers for which BellSouth is billing the charge. (3) Lightyear . Access America shall have the responsibility responsi bility to render a billing statement to its End Users for these charges, but Lightyear Access America shall pay BellSouth for the charges billed regardless of whether Lightyear Access America collects from LightyearAccess America’s End Users. (4) . BellSouth shall have no obligation to become b ecome involved in any disputes between Lightyear Access America and B&C Customers. BellSouth will not issue adjustments for charges billed on behalf of any B&C Customer to LightyearAccess America. It shall be the responsibility of Lightyear Access America and the B&C Customers to negotiate and arrange for any appropriate adjustments.

Lightyear GulfPines authorizes BellSouth to place such charges on Lightyear’s GulfPines’ xxxx from BellSouth and shall pay all such charges, including, but are not limited to, collect and third number calls. (2) . Charges for such services shall appear on a separate BellSouth xxxx xxxx identified with the name of the B&C Customers for which BellSouth is billing the charge. (3) Lightyear . GulfPines shall have the responsibility to render a billing statement to its End Users for these charges, but Lightyear GulfPines shall pay BellSouth for the charges billed regardless of whether Lightyear GulfPines collects from Lightyear’s GulfPines’ End Users. BellSouth will not issue adjustments for charges billed on behalf of any B&C Customer to LightyearGulfPines. (3) Lightyear FTS shall have the responsibility to render a billing statement to its End Users for these charges, but Lightyear FTS shall pay BellSouth for the charges billed regardless of whether Lightyear FTS collects from LightyearFTS’s End Users. (4) BellSouth shall have no obligation to become involved in any disputes between Lightyear FTS and B&C Customers. BellSouth will not issue adjustments for charges billed on behalf of any B&C Customer to LightyearFTS. It shall be the responsibility of Lightyear FTS and the B&C Customers to negotiate and arrange for any appropriate adjustments.

Lightyear Fast Phones authorizes BellSouth to place such charges on LightyearFast Phones’s xxxx from BellSouth and shall pay all such charges, including, but are not limited to, collect and third number calls. (2) Charges for such services shall appear on a separate BellSouth xxxx xxxx identified with the name of the B&C Customers for which BellSouth is billing the charge. (3) Lightyear Fast Phones shall have the responsibility to render a billing statement to its End Users for these charges, but Lightyear Fast Phones shall pay BellSouth for the charges billed regardless of whether Lightyear Fast Phones collects from LightyearFast Phones’s End Users. (4) BellSouth shall have no obligation to become involved in any disputes between Lightyear Fast Phones and B&C Customers. BellSouth will not issue adjustments for charges billed on behalf of any B&C Customer to LightyearFast Phones.
