Billing for BGS. CIEP Supplier’s Obligations to Other Parties The Company shall have no responsibility for billing between: the BGS-CIEP Supplier and PJM; the BGS-CIEP Supplier and any Energy or Capacity source; or the BGS-CIEP Supplier and any other third party. The Company will be responsible for billing BGS-CIEP Customers for BGS-CIEP.
