Billing for BGS. RSCP Supplier’s Obligations to Other Parties The Company shall have no responsibility for billing between: the BGS-RSCP Supplier and PJM; the BGS-RSCP Supplier and any Energy or Capacity source; or the BGS-RSCP Supplier and any other third party.
