Common use of Billing/Settlement Data Clause in Contracts

Billing/Settlement Data. NCPA shall make billing and settlement data available to Customer in the All Resources Bill, or other invoice, or upon request. NCPA may also, at its sole discretion, make billing and settlement support information available to Customer using electronic media (e.g. electronic data portal). Procedures and formats for the provision of such electronic data submission may be as established by the NCPA Commission from time to time. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, NCPA may, in its reasonable discretion, require Customer to execute a non-disclosure agreement prior to providing access to the NCPA electronic data portal.
