BILLING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. The terms and conditions of the conciliation, invoicing, revision and payment of the rates referred to in this Clause Five shall be those detailed in Clause Eleven of this Agreement, and amended as mutually agreed upon by the authorized representatives of the Parties hereto from time to time.
