Binding Amendment. This Amendment shall be binding upon, and shall inure to the benefit of the parties hereto, and their respective successors and assigns.
Binding Amendment. This Amendment constitutes a valid amendment of the Merger Agreement. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of the Merger Agreement and the provisions of this Amendment, the provisions of this Amendment shall control.
Binding Amendment. This Amendment shall constitute a binding amendment to the Consultant Agreement of the parties hereto, enforceable against each of them in accordance with its terms. This Amendment shall inure to the benefit of each of the parties hereto, and their respective successors and permitted assigns, in accordance with the provisions of the Consultant Agreement.
Binding Amendment. This Second Amendment shall be binding upon, and shall inure to the benefit of the parties hereto, and their respective successors and assigns.
Binding Amendment. This First Amendment shall be binding upon, and shall inure to the benefit of, the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns.
Binding Amendment. This Second Amendment constitutes a valid amendment of the Merger Agreement. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of the Merger Agreement and the provisions of this Second Amendment, the provisions of this Second Amendment shall control.
Binding Amendment. This Third Amendment shall be binding upon, and shall inure to the benefit of the parties hereto, and their respective successors and assigns.
Binding Amendment. This Amendment constitutes a valid amendment of the Support Agreement. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of the Support Agreement and this Amendment, the provisions of this Amendment shall control.
Binding Amendment. This Fifth Amendment shall be binding upon, and shall inure to the benefit of the parties hereto, and their respective successors and assigns.
Binding Amendment. This Amendment shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the successors and assigns of Lessee and Lessor.
