Binding Arbitration for Disputes Less. than $1,000,000. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, for Disputes that are not governed by Paragraph 15(c) above, Parties agree to resolve such Disputes where the total principal amount in controversy is less than $1,000,000 (exclusive of claimed attorneys’ fees, interest or costs) by binding arbitration as follows:
