Common use of Binding Authority Clause in Contracts

Binding Authority. Contractor’s representative below has full power, authority and legal right to execute and deliver these Contract Documents and perform all of its obligations under the Contract Documents. By signing the Contract Documents, the representative hereby represents to the Owner that he/she has the authority and full legal power to execute the Contract Documents and any and all documents necessary to effectuate and implement the terms of the Contract Documents on behalf of the party for whom he or she is signing and to bind and obligate such party with respect to all provisions contained in the Contract Documents.
