PRODUCT SERVICE. Nemco has a staffed service department and we believe prompt service is extremely important to our customers. Therefore, we request all product service inquiries be handled in the following manner:
PRODUCT SERVICE. CODES (PSC) The PSC represents what products, services, and/or research and development (R&D) was purchased by the federal government for each task order award reported in the Federal Procurement Data System (FPDS). The scope of XXXXX spans across many PSCs, however, the primary PSC selected must be based on the predominant service that is being purchased. The CPRM reporting system facilitates compliance with proper PSC reporting for all federal agencies, including DoD’s taxonomy for the acquisition of services that maps PSCs into 6 separate Portfolio Groups, such as, Knowledge Based Services; Facility Related Services; Transportation Services; Medical Services, Electronics & Communication Services; and Equipment Related Services. The OCO must identify the PSC in the task order solicitation and report the PSC in the Federal Procurement Data System (FPDS). The Contractor shall enter the PSC in CPRM for each task order award.

The parties shall discuss all of the foregoing types of information in good faith, and to the extent any adjustments in prices are deemed necessary upon agreement of the parties, prices shall be so adjusted and documented in a writing, signed by both parties, which adjusted prices shall thereupon be deemed part of this Agreement. Each Quarterly Business Review will include review of processes, component costing and actual volumes of Product purchased. If the new pricing includes a cost reduction, SANMINA-SCI shall provide to CUSTOMER the amount of any inventory revaluation associated with the cost reduction. CUSTOMER shall provide to SANMINA-SCI a Purchase Order for the amount of the total inventory revaluation amount not later than [+] working days from the end of the fiscal quarter. Upon receipt of the revaluation PO, SANMINA-SCI will change Product pricing to be effective with the first shipments of the next quarter.

PRODUCT SERVICE. LiveTV shall perform servicing, troubleshooting/fault isolation and cleaning of the System in accordance with the manuals provided under Article 3.3; and removal of malfunctioning LRU's furnished hereunder, returning same to any LiveTV Maintenance Base as defined in Article 3.5 hereof, and substituting a spare LRU (a "Spare") listed on Annex "B," hereby made a part of this Agreement. Product Service will be provided at X.X. Xxxxxxx Airport, New York, and at other locations where LiveTV can have access to multiple aircraft for overnight maintenance. JetBlue and LiveTV will mutually agree upon the timing for and location of these maintenance locations.

PRODUCT SERVICE. 3.1. Genii is the developer and owner of the Product and is protected under South African Copyright Laws and International Copyright Treaties as well as other Intellectual Property Laws and Treaties that protect this software and documentation. Unauthorised usage, reproduction or distribution of this Product, or any portion of it, may result in severe civil and criminal penalties.
3.2. Title to the Product and all modifications thereto shall remain with Genii as the product is made available to the Customer as a software-as-a-service.
3.3. Genii warrants that it is authorised to license the Product and/or the Software to the Customer and that no other person or entity has better rights thereto.
PRODUCT SERVICE. Aradigm agrees to establish a service center for receiving from end users any AERx DEVICES and ACCESSORIES that have experienced malfunctions, in order to perform or arrange for service to correct such malfunctions. Aradigm agrees to use DILIGENT EFFORTS to repair or replace malfunctioning units promptly after receipt using mutually agreed upon criteria to determine whether the unit is to be repaired or replaced. For any such malfunctioning units that are covered by the warranty under Section 8.1, such repair or replacement cost shall be at Aradigm's expense. Prior to launch of the first PRODUCT, the Parties will agree to a policy regarding payment to Aradigm for the costs of product service for units no longer covered by the warranty provided in Section 8.1.
