Common use of Binding Commitment Clause in Contracts

Binding Commitment. This Agreement constitutes a legal, valid and binding obligation of the PURCHASER. The PURCHASER has full power, right and authority to enter into and perform this Agreement. The execution and delivery and performance of this Agreement will not violate or be in conflict with any order, judgment, injunction, agreement or controlling document to which the PURCHASER is a party or by which it is bound. If the PURCHASER is an entity, it was not formed for the specific purpose of acquiring the Debenture.
