Binding Effect; Amendment. This Redevelopment Contract shall be binding on the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns. This Redevelopment Contract shall run with the Redevelopment Area. The Redevelopment Contract shall not be amended except by a writing signed by the party to be bound.
