Binding Effect; Amendment. This Accession Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective successors and assigns, subject, however, to the provisions of the Loan Agreement. No provision of this Accession Agreement may be amended, waived or otherwise modified except by an instrument in writing signed by the New Committed Lender and the Administrative Agent.
