Binding Effect: Amendment, Assignment. This Redevelopment Contract shall be binding on the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns. The Redevelopment Contract shall not be amended except by a writing signed by the party to be bound. The Redeveloper may assign its rights and obligations to a controlled entity which shall be bound by all the terms hereof.
