Binding Effect and Beneficiaries. This Agreement and any documents attendant to same shall inure to the benefit and shall be binding on the Parties hereto and their affiliates, principals, heirs, executors, legatees, administrators, trustees, ancillary trustees, personal representatives, successors and assigns.
