Voluntariness. The Executive agrees that he is relying solely upon his own judgment; that the Executive is over eighteen years of age and is legally competent to sign this General Release; that the Executive is signing this General Release of his own free will; that the Executive has read and understood the General Release before signing it; and that the Executive is signing this General Release in exchange for consideration that he believes is satisfactory and adequate.

The Employee acknowledges and agrees that the Employee is relying solely upon the Employee’s own judgment in deciding whether to execute this Release; that the Employee is over eighteen years of age and is legally competent to sign this Release; that the Employee is signing this Release of the Employee’s own free will; that the Employee has read and understood this Release before signing it; and that the Employee is signing this Release in exchange for consideration that the Employee believes is satisfactory and adequate. The Employee also acknowledges and agrees that the Employee has been informed of the right to consult with legal counsel and has been encouraged to do so.

The Executive agrees that he or she is relying solely upon his or her own judgment; that the Executive is over 18 years of age and is legally competent to sign this Agreement; that the Executive is signing this Agreement of his or her own free will; that the Executive has read and understood the Agreement before signing it; and that the Executive is signing this Agreement in exchange for consideration that he or she believes is satisfactory and adequate.
Voluntariness. The Grantee’s participation in the Plan and the Grantee’s understanding, agreements and grants of consent herein to the collection, processing, maintenance, use and transfer of the Grantee’s Personal Data is purely voluntary. The Grantee may deny or withdraw the Grantee’s agreements and consents herein to the collection, processing, maintenance, use and transfer of the Grantee’s Personal Data at any time. If the Grantee denies or withdraws such consent, the Grantee would not be able to participate in the Plan. This would not affect the Grantee’s salary as an employee of the Grantee’s employer or the Grantee’s career with the Grantee’s employer; the Grantee would merely forfeit the opportunities associated with the Plan.
Voluntariness. The Employee is signing this Agreement knowingly and voluntarily, has not been coerced or threatened into signing this Agreement and has not been promised anything else in exchange for signing this Agreement.
Voluntariness. The defendant acknowledges that defendant is entering into this Agreement and is pleading guilty freely and voluntarily without reliance upon any discussions between the attorney for the government and the defendant and defendant's attorney and without promise of benefit of any kind (other than the concessions contained herein), and without threats, force, intimidation, or coercion of any kind. The defendant further acknowledges defendant's understanding of the nature of the offense or offenses to which defendant is pleading guilty and the elements thereof, including the penalties provided by law, and defendant's complete satisfaction with the representation and advice received from defendant's undersigned counsel (if any). The defendant also understands that defendant has the right to plead not guilty or to persist in that plea if it has already been made, and that defendant has the right to be tried by a jury with the assistance of counsel, the right to confront and cross-examine the witnesses against defendant, the right against compulsory self-incrimination, and the right to compulsory process for the attendance of witnesses to testify in defendant's defense; but, by pleading guilty, defendant waives or gives up those rights and there will be no trial. The defendant further understands that if defendant pleads guilty, the Court may ask defendant questions about the offense or offenses to which defendant pleaded, and if defendant answers those questions under oath, on the record, and in the presence of counsel (if any), defendant's answers may later be used against defendant in a prosecution for perjury or false statement. The defendant also understands that defendant will be adjudicated guilty of the offenses to which defendant has pleaded and, if any of such offenses are felonies, may thereby be deprived of certain rights, such as the right to vote, to hold public office, to serve on a jury, or to have possession of firearms.
Voluntariness. You have carefully read this Agreement, you fully understand what it means, you are entering into it knowingly and voluntarily, and all your representations in it are true.
