Binding Effect; Assignment; Amendments; Survival. The covenants, conditions and agreements contained in this Agreement shall bind and inure to the benefit of each of the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns. This Agreement may only be amended by a written modification executed by Buyer and Seller. This Agreement shall survive Closing of the sale of the Property and delivery of the Deed and shall not be in limitation or in lieu of, the other rights and remedies available to Buyer under the Contract.
