Nothing Notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement to the contrary, nothing in this Agreement, expressed express or implied, is intended to confer on any Person person other than the parties hereto, and hereto or their respective heirs, successors, legal representatives permitted successors and permitted assigns, assigns any rights, remedies, obligations or liabilities under or by reason of this Agreement.

This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto hereto, each other Person who is indemnified under any provision of this Agreement, and their respective heirs, personal and legal representatives, guardians and successors, legal representatives and permitted assigns. Nothing in this Agreement, expressed express or implied, is intended to confer on upon any other Person other than the parties hereto, and their respective heirs, successors, legal representatives and permitted assigns, any rights, remedies, obligations or liabilities under or by reason of this Agreementexcept as may be otherwise set forth herein.

This Subject to Section 7.7, this Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto and their respective heirs, successors, legal representatives permitted successors and permitted assigns. Nothing in this Agreement, expressed or implied, is intended to confer on any Person other than the parties hereto, and hereto or their respective heirs, successors, legal representatives permitted successors and permitted assigns, any rights, remedies, obligations or liabilities under or by reason of this Agreement.

Nothing in this Agreement, expressed or implied, is intended to confer on any Person person other than the parties hereto, and hereto and/or each other person who is indemnified under any provision of this Agreement or their respective heirs, successors, legal representatives successors and permitted assigns, any rights, remedies, obligations or liabilities under or by reason of this Agreement.

This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto Parties and their respective heirs, successors, legal representatives successors and permitted assigns. Nothing in this Agreement, expressed express or implied, is intended to confer on upon any other Person other than the parties hereto, and their respective heirs, successors, legal representatives and permitted assigns, any rights, remedies, obligations obligations, or liabilities under or by reason of this Agreementliabilities.
