Nothing in this Agreement, expressed or implied, is intended to confer on any Person person other than the parties hereto, and hereto or their respective heirs, successors, legal representatives successors and permitted assigns, any rights, remedies, obligations or liabilities under or by reason of this Agreement.

Nothing Notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement to the contrary, nothing in this Agreement, expressed express or implied, is intended to confer on any Person person other than the parties hereto, and hereto or their respective heirs, successors, legal representatives permitted successors and permitted assigns, assigns any rights, remedies, obligations or liabilities under or by reason of this Agreement.

This Subject to Section 7.7, this Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto and their respective heirs, successors, legal representatives permitted successors and permitted assigns. Nothing in this Agreement, expressed or implied, is intended to confer on any Person other than the parties hereto, and hereto or their respective heirs, successors, legal representatives permitted successors and permitted assigns, any rights, remedies, obligations or liabilities under or by reason of this Agreement.

Binding Effect; Benefit. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto and each other person who is indemnified under any provision of this Agreement and their respective heirs, successors, legal representatives successors and permitted assigns. Nothing in this Agreement, expressed or implied, is intended to confer on any Person person other than the parties hereto, and hereto and/or each other person who is indemnified under any provision of this Agreement or their respective heirs, successors, legal representatives successors and permitted assigns, any rights, remedies, obligations or liabilities under or by reason of this Agreement.

This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto and their respective heirs, successors, legal representatives successors and permitted assigns. Nothing in this Agreement, expressed express or implied, is intended to confer on upon any other Person other than the parties hereto, and their respective heirs, successors, legal representatives and permitted assigns, any rights, remedies, obligations obligations, or liabilities under or by reason of this Agreementliabilities.

This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto and their respective heirs, successors, legal representatives any successors and assigns permitted assignsor required by Section 7(f) hereof. Nothing in this Agreement, expressed or implied, is intended to confer on any Person person other than the parties hereto, hereto or such successors and their respective heirs, successors, legal representatives and permitted assigns, any rights, remedies, obligations or liabilities under or by reason of this Agreement.

Binding Effect; Benefit. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto and their respective heirs, successors, legal representatives successors and permitted assigns. Nothing in this Agreement, expressed or implied, is intended to confer on any Person other than the parties hereto, and hereto or their respective heirs, successors, legal representatives successors and permitted assigns, any rights, remedies, obligations or liabilities under or by reason of this Agreement; provided, that Holdings shall be a third party beneficiary of Section 5.2 hereof.
