Except as modified hereby, the Sublease shall remain in full effect, and the Sublease and this Eighth Amendment shall be binding upon the Sublandlord and Subtenant and their successors and assigns. If any inconsistency exists or arises between the terms of this Eighth Amendment and the terms of the Sublease, the terms of this Eighth Amendment shall prevail.
