Month-to-Month Extension. Provided this License Agreement is in full force and effect and Licensee is not in default hereunder beyond the giving of notice and the expiration of any applicable grace period, the Term shall be deemed automatically extended on a month-to-month basis, unless Licensee shall give not less than sixty (60) days prior written notice of its election to terminate this License Agreement effective as of the last day of any calendar month. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in no event, shall this License Agreement be extended beyond May 31, 2001.
Month-to-Month Extension. Should the term of this Agreement or any extension of this Agreement expire without extension as provided above, this Agreement shall continue on a month-to-month basis, subject to the same terms and conditions, until either party gives the other party written ten (10) days notice of termination of the Agreement.
Month-to-Month Extension. Resident may terminate this Lease at the end of the Lease Term or any Renewal Term only by giving Property Manager sixty (60) days’ prior written notice. Landlord may terminate this Lease at the end of the Lease Term by giving Resident sixty (60) days’ prior written notice or as otherwise permitted herein. If neither party gives the requisite termination notice, then this Lease will continue on a month-to-month basis for successive one (1)-month terms until either party gives the statutorily required notice to terminate a month-to-month tenancy or as otherwise expressly provided herein. This shall not constitute a renewal of the Lease for any longer term. During any month-to-month tenancy, all other Lease terms, conditions, and covenants will continue to apply, except that the monthly rent payments outlined below shall be increased by an amount equal to twenty percent (20%) of current monthly Rent.
Month-to-Month Extension. Provided that Subtenant is not in default at the time Subtenant delivers notice, Subtenant may extend this Sublease on a month to month basis beyond the Expiration Date, but in no event beyond October 31, 2018. To exercise such extension right, Subtenant must no later than November 30, 2017, give notice thereof to Sublandlord. During any such extension of the Sublease beyond the Expiration Date, either Sublandlord or Subtenant may terminate this Sublease at the end of any calendar month by giving the other party sixty days prior written notice of such termination.
Month-to-Month Extension. At the end of the lease extension, April 8th, 2008, the Tenant and Landlord agree to a month to month extension of the lease at the rate of $10,000 a month. Both parties agree to provide each other 45 days notice to terminate the month to month agreement.
Month-to-Month Extension. If neither party gives written notice of termination of the Sublease as to the Expansion Space at least thirty (30) days prior to the Expansion Space Expiration Date, the Expansion Space Term shall be automatically extended for an additional period of thirty (30) days (“Extension Period”). In the absence of thirty (30) days written notice of termination by either party following any such initial extension of the Expansion Space Term, such automatic extension of the Expansion Space Term by the Extension Period shall continue on a month-to-month basis thereafter. Notwithstanding any renewals of the Expansion Space Term as provided in this Amendment, in no event (A) shall such automatic month-to-month extension apply to the Existing Premises, which extension shall be limited solely to the Expansion Space, or (B) shall the Expansion Space Expiration Date extend beyond the Sublease Expiration Date for the Existing Premises.
Month-to-Month Extension. If the City has not completed the procurement process and awarded a new Security Guard and Bailiff Service Agreement upon expiration of the original contract term or any extension period, the Contractor shall continue to provide goods/services under this Agreement at the most current price, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement or extension, on a month-to-month basis not to exceed six months. Any month- to-month provision of goods/services by the Contractor under this Agreement automatically terminates on the effective date of a new contract.
Month-to-Month Extension. Should Manager grant a month-to-month extension of the Lease, the Tenant agrees to pay a monthly administrative fee of $75 plus rent of 115% of the then Current Rent. If the Lease is Month-To-Month parties agree to give each other a 45-day notice to vacate. (g)
Month-to-Month Extension. If SPS continues to utilize the Contractor for the Services following the expiry of this Agreement without having renewed the Agreement or issued any other written agreement to extend the Term, this Agreement shall be deemed to have been renewed on a month-to-month basis on the same terms and conditions and may be cancelled without cause by either party on thirty (30) days prior written notice to the other party; provided that such month-to-month extension shall not exceed twelve (12) months.
