Month-to-Month Extension. Provided this License Agreement is in full force and effect and Licensee is not in default hereunder beyond the giving of notice and the expiration of any applicable grace period, the Term shall be deemed automatically extended on a month-to-month basis, unless Licensee shall give not less than sixty (60) days prior written notice of its election to terminate this License Agreement effective as of the last day of any calendar month. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in no event, shall this License Agreement be extended beyond May 31, 2001.

Month-to-Month Extension. Should the term of this Agreement or any extension of this Agreement expire without extension as provided above, this Agreement shall continue on a month-to-month basis, subject to the same terms and conditions, until either party gives the other party written ten (10) days notice of termination of the Agreement.
Month-to-Month Extension. Resident may terminate this Lease at the end of the Lease Term or any Renewal Term only by giving Property Manager sixty (60) days’ prior written notice. Landlord may terminate this Lease at the end of the Lease Term by giving Resident sixty (60) days’ prior written notice or as otherwise permitted herein. If neither party gives the requisite termination notice, then this Lease will continue on a month-to-month basis for successive one (1)-month terms until either party gives the statutorily required notice to terminate a month-to-month tenancy or as otherwise expressly provided herein. This shall not constitute a renewal of the Lease for any longer term. During any month-to-month tenancy, all other Lease terms, conditions, and covenants will continue to apply, except that the monthly rent payments outlined below shall be increased by an amount equal to twenty percent (20%) of current monthly Rent.

Month-to-Month Extension. If the City has not completed the procurement process and awarded a new Security Guard and Bailiff Service Agreement upon expiration of the original contract term or any extension period, the Contractor shall continue to provide goods/services under this Agreement at the most current price, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement or extension, on a month-to-month basis not to exceed six months. Any month- to-month provision of goods/services by the Contractor under this Agreement automatically terminates on the effective date of a new contract.
