This Warrant shall inure to the benefit of and shall be binding upon the Company and the Warrantholder and their respective successors and permitted assigns. Nothing in this Warrant, expressed or implied, is intended to or shall confer on any Person other than the Company and the Warrantholder, or their respective successors or permitted assigns, any rights, remedies, obligations or liabilities under or by reason of this Warrant.
