Binding Effect; No Third Party Beneficiaries. This Agreement shall be binding upon and shall enure to the exclusive benefit of the Parties and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors and permitted assigns and nothing in this Agreement, express or implied, is intended to, nor shall it, confer in any other person any legal or equitable right, benefit or remedy of any nature whatsoever under or by reason of this Agreement.
