Common use of Binding Effect of Resolutions Clause in Contracts

Binding Effect of Resolutions. Every resolution and every Extraordinary Resolution passed in accordance with the provisions of this Section at a meeting of Warrantholders will be binding on all Warrantholders, whether present at or absent from the meeting and whether voting for or against the resolution or abstaining, and every instrument in writing signed by Warrantholders in accordance with subsection 8.15 will be binding on all Warrantholders, whether signatories thereto or not, and every Warrantholder and the Warrant Agent (subject to the provisions for its indemnity herein contained) will be bound to give effect accordingly to every such resolution and instrument in writing.
