Common use of Binding Effect of Resolutions Clause in Contracts

Binding Effect of Resolutions. Every resolution and every Extraordinary Resolution passed in accordance with the provisions of this Article 7 at a meeting of Special Warrantholders will be binding on all Special Warrantholders, whether present at or absent from the meeting and whether voting for or against the resolution or abstaining, and every instrument in writing signed by Special Warrantholders in accordance with Section 7.15 will be binding on all Special Warrantholders, whether signatories thereto or not, and every Special Warrantholder and the Trustee (subject to the provisions for its indemnity herein contained) will be bound to give effect accordingly to every such resolution and instrument in writing.
