Common use of Binding Effect; Severability Clause in Contracts

Binding Effect; Severability. This Agreement shall continue until the payment in full of all Obligations and the termination of all commitments on the part of Lenders to extend or maintain the extension of credit to or for the benefit of the Borrower. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Agent and the Lenders and their successors and assigns and all other holders of the Notes or any part thereof, or of any other indebtedness provided for herein, and all rights conferred upon the Lenders may be exercised by its successors and assigns and by all such other holders. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable under present or future laws effective during the term of this Agreement, such provisions shall be fully severable and this Agreement shall be construed and enforced as if such illegal, invalid or unenforceable provision had never comprised a part of this Agreement, and the remaining provisions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and shall not be affected by the illegal, invalid or unenforceable provision or by its severance from this Agreement.
