Binding Nature of Debenture. This Debenture is binding upon any successors and assigns of the Company and will inure to the benefit of the Holder and its successors and assigns, except that the Holder may not assign or transfer its rights under this Debenture otherwise than by gift or bequest, by operation of law, or as expressly permitted by this Debenture.
