Binding on Successor Providers. If pursuant to the Pre-need Contract and applicable law the Provider is changed to another person or entity licensed and bounded as required by the Act, upon such person’s or entity’s execution of an instrument accepting the terms of the Pre-need Contract, such person or entity will be the Provider for all purposes of this Agreement, and this Agreement will be binding upon and inure to the benefit of such person or entity.
